Hi, I’m Samuel — the owner of FixLab Tech.

FixLab Tech was created to offer honest, straightforward tech help without the confusion, upselling, or inflated prices you often see from big-box services.

I have years of hands-on experience working in the IT field and currently manage the IT department for my employer. Every day, I troubleshoot, repair, and support real-world technology — not just textbook problems. I’m also actively working toward my CompTIA A+ certification to continue sharpening my skills and staying current with today’s technology.

At FixLab Tech, I work on gaming consoles, PCs, and everyday home technology. I’m happy to take a look at anything technical, and if I can’t fix it, there’s no charge. No pressure, no surprises.
