I am a CompTIA A+ Certified IT Technician with over 7 years of real-world IT experience. In my full-time role, I manage IT operations for my employer, where I troubleshoot, repair, and support a wide range of hardware, software, and network systems daily. This hands-on experience allows me to diagnose issues accurately and provide reliable, professional solutions — not guesswork.

At FixLab Tech, I specialize in repairing gaming consoles, desktops, laptops, and everyday home technology. Every repair is approached with care, transparency, and attention to detail. If a device cannot be repaired or a solution cannot be provided, there is no charge for the attempt — no pressure and no surprises.
